Getting There By Public Transport

• From the North:
  Take the train to Mannheim Hauptbahnhof (main station). From Mannheim Hauptbahnhof, take the S-Bahn line S3 or S4 towards Bruchsal/Karlsruhe. Get off at the "Rot-Malsch" train station.
• From the South:
  Take the train to Karlsruhe Hauptbahnhof (main station). From Karlsruhe, take the S-Bahn line S3 or S4 towards Mannheim. Get off at the "Rot-Malsch" train station.

The station “Rot-Malsch” is within walking distance (nice path along the forest). Trains will also run at night - so no worries about getting back after the evening event.

Parking Information

Parking is available at the SAP University. Follow the signs to the designated parking areas upon arrival.
The closest parking facilities to the venue are the car parks P1/P2/P3/ as well as the parking area P5. Parking is free.

Setup & Takedown

Experience the behind-the-scenes action! Contribute to the transformation of our venue on Monday and the wrap-up on Tuesday. Tasks include simple yet vital duties like arranging signs, decorating the rooms, and preparing the registration area. Expect a bit of hands-on action!

Registration

Be the first smiling face our attendees meet! As a registration volunteer, you'll ensure a smooth and friendly check-in process, distribute badges, verify tickets, and be the go-to person for any questions participants may have.

Moderator

Have an interest in guiding discussions and maintaining the flow of sessions? This role involves introducing speakers, managing time and interacting with speakers and the audience during talks. Your role is crucial in bridging communication between the audience, speakers, technicians, and the UI5con team.

Photography & Video

Help capture the magic of UI5con through photography or videography. We’re looking for creative individuals to document the event through photos and video content.
